Qualifications for Membership

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP - Individuals in public practice including:

• Certified Public Accountants
• Enrolled Agents
• Public Accountants
• Accountants
• Managing Employees

Active Members must achieve 80 hours of continuing education credits every two years to maintain Active Member status.

Active Member annual dues: $85*

 

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP – Persons not meeting Active Member qualifications may apply for ASPA membership as an Associate Member:

Annual Dues*

• Accountant not in public practice $85
• Employee of member $40
• Student $15
• Commercial $300
• Educator $85

*A one time $10 initiation fee is required, in addition to annual dues, with each application.
